1. Blackberry Gin & Tonic

A chic, lush twist on a classic drink, this simple sipper will be your sweet tooth’s new favorite drink in seconds!

Muddle 6 blackberries and the juice from 1 lime wedge in a shaker. Add 1 ounce of simple syrup and 2 ounces gin into the shaker, then toss in a few ice cubes and get shaking. Strain your mixture into an ice-filled cocktail glass, top off with tonic water, and garnish with a lime!

Enjoy this deep purple drink with good people.

2. Mint-Kiwi Tom Collins

For lovers of the classic Tom Collins, and newbies alike, try out this fun and ultra-refreshing twist!

Muddle 1 kiwi and 2 mint leaves in a small bowl, then pour the mixture into the bottom of a cocktail glass. Cover the mixture with ice, and combine 2 ounces gin, 1 ounce of simple syrup, and the juice from 1 lime in a shaker. Pour this mixture on top of the ice, then give the whole mixture 1 stir.

Pro-tip: make sure you buy enough ingredients for several batches! You’ll be glad you did.

3. Pineapple-Coconut Mimosa

We all love a nice, hearty glass of champagne–especially when it’s dressed up with orange juice to make it breakfast-appropriate. But if you’re on the hunt for ways to shake up your traditional mimosa, look no further!

You’ll start this one by rimming your glasses in coconut-shavings. Dip the top half inch or so into simple syrup, then roll the area in a bowl of shavings. Fill each glass with 1.5 ounces chilled pineapple juice and 1.5 ounces chilled coconut juice, then fill to the brim with champagne!

This pretty little drink is equally simple and delicious.

4. Strawberry-Pomegranate Mojito

For a recipe that calls for equal parts “yum” and gorgeous, get mixing this strawberry-pomegranate mojito!

Start by filling 2 glasses with ice, and setting these aside. Muddle 6 strawberries, 1/4 cup mint leaves, and the juice from 1 lime in a shaker glass. Add 1/2 cup pomegranate, 3 shots of white rum, and 1 tablespoon of honey (though you can add more according to your sweet tooth’s demands!), and shake well. Divide the mixture between glasses, then top each drink off with Sprite or other lime soda.

Garnish with mint leaves and strawberries, then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds!

5. Strawberry & Basil Sorbet Bellini

You can make this recipe as in-depth or as simple as you want–either way, it’ll be delicious!

For the gourmet take on this recipe, you’ll need to make your own sorbet using a food processor and an ice cream mixer. For the simpler way to whip up these yummy drinks, pick up a tub of your favorite sorbet from the supermarket, and get to work on its cocktail!

Just combine 1/2 cup simple syrup with a bottle of champagne, distribute equally between cocktail glasses. Add 2 basil leaves to each glass, then garnish with a dollop of strawberry sorbet and 1 more basil leaf.

6. Vanilla Blackberry Lemonade

Because, if we’re honest, lemonade is always best when used as part of a delicious cocktail!

Use a bowl to muddle 5 cups fresh blackberries with 3/4 cup sugar. Once well-blended, press your mixture through a sieve, into a pitcher. Add 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 dash of vanilla, and 2.5 cups vanilla vodka. Add water to fill to the 2-quart-line on your pitcher, then stir well.

Once you’ve sipped this sweet drink, you’ll be hard-pressed to settle for anything else!

7. Lemon Rosemary Gin Fizz

For the partier who’s up for a bit of a challenge, try this ritzy-take on the classic gin fizz!

In a pan over low heat, warm 2 cups simple syrup with 2 sprigs rosemary and 2 thick strips of lemon zest. Bring this mixture to a simmer and let it cook like this for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into a small bowl and chill. In a shaker, combine 4 ounces gin, 3 ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and your rosemary syrup mixture.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then pour over ice and garnish with a splash of club soda and a sprig of rosemary!

This drink is 100% yummy, 100% classy.

8. Frost Bite

Feeling little overheated in the summertime sun? Boom, frostbite! Well, in a good way…

Fill your shaker with ice, then add 3 ounces coconut vodka and 1 ounce of pineapple juice. Shake well, then add 1 ounce Blue Curacao, fresh mint leaves to taste, and as many fresh blueberries as you see fit. Shake all ingredients vigorously, then distribute evenly between glasses and top off with Sprite.

Unlike real frostbite, this chilly drink is lovely to the very last drop!

9. Ros? Sangria

A delicious twist on a classically delicious drink–great for those who like to plan ahead.

Take one bottle of your favorite ros?, mix it with 1/4 cup brandy, 1 cup raspberry liqueur, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix these together thoroughly so the sugar dissolves completely. Add 4 cups of your favorite fresh fruits (though we love blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and lemon!), sliced and mixed together. Stir the whole pitcher for a minute, then place the mixture in your fridge to soak for several hours before drinking!

Before pouring into cocktail glasses, top off your pitcher with a generous pour of seltzer water or Sprite. Enjoy!

10. Chipotle Grapefruit Margarita

For the sweet tooth with a hidden spicy side, here’s the perfect drink!

Use a sliced grapefruit to rim your margarita glasses with salt, then set these aside to dry. Take 2 thick grapefruit slices and muddle them with 1/8 teaspoon canned chipotle juice, as well as 1 ounce of freshly-squeezed lime juice. Add 2 ounces tequila and 1/2 ounce Triple Sec, along with 1 ounce simple syrup. Add ice and shake well.

Strain and pour over your salted glasses filled with fresh ice–then garnish with fresh grapefruit slices. Delicious!
